    1. Who We Are

    Jeturing Inc. (“Jeturing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) es un corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We provide IT services, cybersecurity services, consulting, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, including Sajet and other products and services made available through our websites and partner channels.

    We may collect the following categories of information:

    Account and identification data

    • Name

    • Corporate email address

    • Phone number

    • IP address and approximate location

    • Device type, operating system, and browser type

    • Pages visited, features used, and actions performed in the platform

    • Files, records, and configurations needed to provide and operate Sajet or other Jeturing solutions

    We process this information only in accordance with the applicable service agreement and the instructions of our business customer.

    • Signals and metadata used to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access

    We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to enable core functionality, remember preferences, maintain authenticated sessions, and understand how our services are used. See “Cookies and similar technologies” below for more details.

    3. How We Use the Information

    We use the information we collect for purposes such as:

    • Providing and maintaining our services: creating and managing accounts, provisioning environments, enabling platform features, and delivering technical support.

    • Operating and improving Sajet and other platforms: monitoring performance, enhancing usability, optimizing reliability, and developing new features.

    • Seguridad and compliance: detecting and preventing unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, and cybersecurity incidents; supporting compliance with frameworks such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and ISO where applicable.

    • Analytics and service improvement: generating aggregated and anonymized metrics to understand product usage and prioritize improvements and roadmap decisions.

    • B2B communications: sending service-related messages (such as updates, incidents, or changes to terms) and, where permitted, information about product features, events, or relevant content, always with an option to opt out of non-essential marketing communications.

    • Legal and business purposes: enforcing agreements, resolving disputes, protecting our rights and the rights of our customers and partners, and complying with legal obligations.

    We do not use customer data to create profiles for sale to third parties, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

    4. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

    Depending on your location and the applicable law, our processing of personal data may be based on:

    • Performance of a contract: to provide services under agreements with our business customers and to support their authorized users.

    • Legitimate interests: to secure our infrastructure and services, improve our offerings, prevent fraud and abuse, and grow our business, while respecting the rights and reasonable expectations of users.

    • Consent: in certain cases, for example, specific types of marketing communications or optional features, where local law requires consent.

    Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time as described in the “Your rights” section, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

    5. Data Retention

    We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law:

    • Account and service data: retained while there es unn active contractual relationship with the customer and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.

    • Content and business data in the service: processed and retained according to the specific contract with each customer, and deleted or anonymized following agreed procedures and timelines, including backups and archives.

    • Seguridad logs and monitoring data: retained in line with our internal cybersecurity policies and any applicable regulatory requirements.

    When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention and deletion procedures, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

    6. How We Share Data

    We may share personal data with:

    Service providers and infrastructure vendors

    Third-party providers that deliver hosting, cloud de negocio, communications, analytics, monitoring, support tools, and other services needed to operate our platforms and business. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

    Socios and managed service providers (MSPs)

    We do not sell personal data to third parties.

    We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies on our websites and platforms to:

    • Remember user settings and preferences

    • Keep sessions authenticated and maintain security

    • Measure and analyze traffic, usage patterns, and performance

    • Support customer communications and helpdesk interactions

    Cookies may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by third parties (for example, analytics or support providers). You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, some features of our services may not function properly.

    However, no system or transmission method is completely segura. We encourage customers to implement strong security practices within their own organizations, including robust passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and appropriate user and access management.

    9. International Data Transfers

    Jeturing serves customers in multiple locations and may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

    Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international data transfers, we will implement appropriate mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses or other instruments recognized by relevant regulations, to ensure an adequate level of protection.

    We take steps to ensure that any transfer of personal data complies with applicable data protection laws and maintains a level of security consistent with this Policy.

    10. Your Rights

    Depending on your jurisdiction and your relationship with us (for example, as an employee of a business customer or as a website visitor), you may have some or all of the following rights:

    • To request access to the personal data we hold about you

    • To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data

    • To request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary or when permitted by law

    • To object to or request restriction of certain processing activities, particularly those based on legitimate interests or direct marketing

    • To request data portability, where provided for under applicable law

    In many cases, Jeturing acts as a data processor on behalf of its business customers, who act as data controllers for the data stored in our services. In those cases:

    • End users should first direct their requests (access, deletion, etc.) to their employer or the relevant business customer.

    • We will support our customers in responding to such requests in accordance with our contractual obligations and applicable law.

    To exercise your rights (where available), you or your organization may contact us using the details in the “Contáctanos” section below. We may need to verify your identity and jurisdiction before responding.

    11. Children’s Privacy

    Our services and platforms are designed for use by businesses and professionals and are not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

    If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate authorization or consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information as soon as practicable.

    12. Changes to This Política de Privacidad

    We may update this Política de Privacidad from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or internal practices.

    When we make changes, we will:
